Returns Policy

1. OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you are a customer within the Lagos Nigeria, you have 48 hours from the date of receiving your order to return your item(s), and if outside Lagos but within Nigeria, you have 72hours from the date of receiving your order to re return your item(s).

For returns to be processed, ensure the following conditions are met:
•⁠ ⁠Items must be returned within the appropriate time stipulated above.
•⁠ ⁠Items must be remain sealed / not open
•⁠ ⁠All tag / boxes must remain in good condition.

2. FAULTY GOODS

If you receive faulty goods, you have the right to return them. Faulty goods should be return unopened or still in same condition. Please contact our customer service team before returning any faulty items by filling out the form on our Customer Service Hub.

3. CANCELLING AN ORDER UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS

If you’re a customer in the EEA, you have 28 days to return a cancelled order to us. This period starts the day after you receive your order. To cancel, you must notify us in writing by filling out the form available on our website. Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected] If you’ve received your order, you must return the items to us. You will receive a full refund minus any return shipping costs.
